The 'joy' of crosswinds

Maybe it should be more like crosswinds make me cross or some such thing :(
I played hooky from work on Thursday long enough to put 0.7 on the plane. I just did some toodling around, site seeing, and a few steep turns. Probably shouldn't have stayed up late playing WoW the night before cause the plane and me just sort of felt off. I made another low approach on the short curvy runway and I really need to work on landing on that runway since the wind was prety much 90 degrees to the long runway and amounted to about 9-10 knots of crosswind
Anyway, I made two attempts at landing (being successful on the second). The second wasn't that much more closer to my target of landing on the numbers than the first, but if I can touch down before midfield I feel okay. Always room for improvement though. The crosswind part of the landing seemed to work out okay, but it just felt weird.
I don't know if I'll give it another quick flight today or not, but I will probably head out and pay my rent 8)
