Ephraim's first week
Well, it's been one week already of Ephraim's stay here and I think he's settling in nicely. I put some barriers up so that he can't hide under the kitchen table (there's lots of other great places to hide) and also so that my bunnies won't harass him on that side of the cage. Mostly now it's to keep my bunnies in an area where I can make sure they don't give him much grief, although I think it doesn't bother Ephraim at all. He seems to like his cage just fine now and the hiding under the table probably wouldn't be a big deal now since I can coax him into his cage with some oats if he's being stubborn when it's time for bed or time for work.
It's a bit challenging to get play time for all 3 rabbits before and after work, but I think everybody's been getting mostly their fair share. I'm tending to let Ephraim run around a little more since he doesn't need the supervision that my rabbits do as he pretty much ignores them and just runs around and frolics. :) I think he's also more used to being the only bunny out running around and my rabbits have a bit nicer cages and are used to taking turns so they can just deal with it. :-P
I think the only other challenge I still have is a little bit of territory marking here and there, but so far it's been limited to the throw rug on the kitchen floor so simply picking things up and a little cleaning and it's no harm done.
Ephraim is definitely an attention seeker. He loves being petted and seems to enjoy being directly underfoot a lot more than my rabbits. Maybe in retrospect I should have only gotten one rabbit, but my guys do get along halfway decent...sometimes.
Well, I better get some things done before work. These guys definitely keep me hopping! :-D

Eric- Thank you so much for taking such good care of ephrum! I am watching him on the webcam every time I get lonely and it helps SO much! He looks like he is having a great time, and loves that new box. I cant express to you how much Ephrum and I appreciate you doing this, you have made this worry free for me. Thanks again!
