Crazy little bunny
So I let Ephraim out and take care of his cage yesterday morning. It was right before I headed upstairs for a shower. Five or ten minutes later I come down to feed him and be on my way to Spokane for the morning and he's nowhere to be found. I heard a little shuffle when I first came down and after searching for him for a minute or so, I heard another one from the kitchen.
It turns out the silly bunny decided he wanted to get behind the fridge, but apparently his hind end is just a bit too wide for the small gap so he was stuck with just part of his butt sticking out. I couldn't even put my arm back there to scoot him out. I had gingerly scoot the fridge over so I could get my arm back and push him out. He may have had some inertia when he went in because the linoleum wasn't enough traction for him to back himself out. I think he had been there for a few minutes because there was a small pile of poop behind him.
He's no worse for the wear, although I think he was a little stressed and his front arms were tired or asleep for a few minutes cause he was hopping funny for a bit. I gave him some oats and watched him for a bit before I headed to Spokane.
He was his usual happy hoppy crazy bunny self last night, but I put something beside the fridge so he won't get stuck there anymore.

No worries, just trying to be a good foster parent. You warned me about him finding all kinds of hiding places, but I didn't appreciate how persistent he can be or how much of him is just fluff :)
I think he'll be happy to get 100% of the attention instead of only 30-40%.
Everybody is doing great even if they aren't close to being best friends. My bunnies like to back up to his cage and leave little "comments"...I tried for a while to stop them, but I gave up. Ephraim has his own little place he leaves comments too, but I've put some extra litter down outside and just change it once in a while.
